About The Position
Job Details: For our Full-Time Day Shift LPN, we're looking for someone to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour shifts. Shifts: Days 7a-7p
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of GA
- 1 year experience as an LPN preferred
- Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC
- Ability to pass a background check
- BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs.
- Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Provide excellent care!
