Requirements

• Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Proven experience in a healthcare or nursing facility preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents' comfort and well-being
• Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures
