Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
Prior experience working with seniors in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent resident care
Ability to work flexible full-time hours, including some weekends
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with seniors in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans
Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Document resident care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff
