GlenFlora is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses for our Baylor LPN position, offering a unique schedule and competitive compensation! Position Details Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Position: Full-time Baylor LPN Workdays: Every weekend plus one weekday shift Starting Pay: $29 per hour Premium Pay: Baylor positions receive a 25% premium on their base pay rate including $3 weekend shift differential
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program or college
- Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of LPN experience
Responsibilities
- Administering and documenting medications and treatments with accuracy
- Maintaining secure drug storage and medication rooms
- Assessing and reporting changes in resident conditions
- Performing essential procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments
- Supervising the nursing team and fostering a positive, supportive environment
