Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of current LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid NYS LPN license
- Valid BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Physical exam within the past year
- QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past five years
- MMR immunizations within the past ten years
