About The Position

AmeriCare Medical proudly provides integrated health services to hospitals, insurance companies, assisted living facilities, and private homes across Michigan. As the parent company of AmeriStaff Nursing Services, QCN Home Health Care, Sun Medical Equipment and Supplies, and RxIV Pharmacy, we deliver a complete, patient-centered health care solution. We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team in the Metro Detroit area. In this role, you will provide one-on-one home health care to patients, ensuring compassionate and professional support tailored to each individual’s needs. This particular position serves patients located in Farmington Hills and involves shift-based care. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with tube feeding, bowel programs, and Hoyer lifts. The available hours are 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking a flexible schedule while gaining valuable clinical experience in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Active LPN License in the State of Michigan (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Personal Transportation (Required)
• Ability to utilize medical software via tablet and/or smartphone
• Must pass a criminal background check (Required)
• Eligibility to work in the United States (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Medicare/OASIS experience (Preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccination (Preferred)
