About The Position

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team in the Metro Detroit area. In this role, you will provide one-on-one home health care to patients, ensuring compassionate and professional support tailored to each individual’s needs.

This particular position serves patients located in Farmington Hills and involves shift-based care. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with tube feeding, bowel programs, and Hoyer lifts. The available hours are 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking a flexible schedule while gaining valuable clinical experience in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Active LPN License in the State of Michigan (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Personal Transportation (Required)
• Ability to utilize medical software via tablet and/or smartphone
• Must pass a criminal background check (Required)
• Eligibility to work in the United States (Required)
