Enhanced Shift Differentials: Evening shifts offer a total of $5.10 shift differential ($1.60 evening shift, $3.50 additional differential) in addition to your competitive base pay, ensuring your hard work is rewarded. $7,500 Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 months with a 12-month commitment. Requirements

Current LPN license in New York State.
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to residents during evening and weekend shifts.
