Requirements
- Active Wisconsin LPN License
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- 1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting required
- Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents at Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Contribute to care planning and evaluations
- Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans
