From your first day to your next career milestone—your experience matters. How you’ll contribute We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. What We’re Looking For The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This includes delivering treatments, monitoring patient progress, supporting care planning, and ensuring safety and comfort in alignment with individualized patient needs. Essential Functions Administer medications safely, accurately, and based on patient age and clinical condition. Minimize potential for medication errors by following proper medication administration procedures. Assist the RN with initial assessments and patient reassessments per policy. Identify and implement appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions. Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments under RN supervision. Deliver care based on patient response to treatment and update the interdisciplinary plan accordingly. Assess and reassess pain; use appropriate pain management techniques and educate patients and families. Perform all patient care tasks in a manner that promotes patient safety and reduces medical errors. Develop and implement individualized teaching plans based on patient and family learning needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Applicants should have a current state LPN license from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. Experience: Minimum of six months of Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting preferred. License: Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse. Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required; IV Certification highly preferred or obtained within 6 months. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Requirements

  • Applicants should have a current state LPN license from an accredited nursing school.
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
