We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN ) to: Join our UW Health dermatologists and advanced practice providers who diagnose and treat diseases of the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes in a fast-paced clinic. Partner closely with the RN team. Give injections, provide patient education, wound care, and work on messages. Be a part of a positive and patient-centered team. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program Required
- Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Required
- CPR/BLS certification Required
