Requirements
- Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure – Required
- American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required to be current upon hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required within 6 months of hire
- Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN
