In this role, you will provide compassionate care to these women as they transition away from their lifelong religious duties. Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Appreciation for a faith-based, mission-driven environment
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
• Education as required for state licensure.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and monitor resident health status
• Work under the direction of an RN
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and interdisciplinary team members to meet individualized care needs
• Support residents’ emotional and spiritual well-being in alignment with the community’s values
