Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Inpatient Acute Rehab
About The Position
This full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position is in the Inpatient Acute Rehab department at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL. The role involves providing direct and indirect patient care services, requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice and in accordance with state requirements. Working in collaboration with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN/LVN is responsible for maintaining safety, providing patient comfort and care, and improving the overall patient experience in the MST setting. The schedule for this position is nights, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm-7:30am.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
- IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
