Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Infusion Services - Cancer Clinic
About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Manager Patient Care, or Administrative Supervisor. Carries out routine patient care assignments on assigned shift; works and performs in controlled patient care situations and performs established nursing care procedures for individuals or groups of patients as delegated by Supervisory Personnel. STATEMENT OF POSTING: Should there be no fully qualified candidates, this position will be considered for full training. Graduate Practical Nurses are eligible. Must become licensed within 90 Days of employment.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: One year patient care experience within the past 3 years. (All experience noted must be as an LPN)
- Licensure/Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan. BLS (AHA) Certified and Maintain Certification
