About The Position

At Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute, we are driven by a profound commitment to prioritize your well-being so you can provide exceptional care to others. Here, you're not just valued as an employee-but as a person. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) joining our team, you are embracing a vital mission centered on healing, compassion, and making communities healthier. Your clinical support, empathy, and dedication will have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. We are a state-of-the-art, 38-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital jointly operated by Atlantic Health System and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. We specialize in helping individuals recover from the debilitating effects of serious injuries or illnesses-including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic trauma, and amputation-through customized, patient-centered care. Leading-Edge Care Model: Patients receive at least 15 hours of therapy each week, with daily access to rehabilitation physicians and 24/7 nursing care. Supportive Ratios: Low nurse-to-patient ratio (goal of 5-7:1) allows you to focus on delivering personalized care. Healing-Centered Facility: Our hospital features adaptive gyms, therapeutic courtyards, and fully equipped transitional suites designed to support recovery and patient independence. Outcome-Driven: Our rehabilitation model results in fewer readmissions, enhanced functional outcomes, and quicker discharges home. Team-Focused Culture: Collaborate with a compassionate, interdisciplinary team that values mutual respect, learning, and clinical excellence.
