About The Position

Trach & Vent Training Provided (Whether you're a beginner or need a refresher, we tailor our training to each nurse!) Locations: Kirkland, Kenmore, Snohomish Contract Pay: $45-$55/hr Looking for a short-term opportunity for the holidays, close to home? Alliance Nursing is hiring temporary LPNs for 2-3 month contracts in our Adult Family Homes. These roles are ideal for nurses who want reliable shifts, a calm work environment, and meaningful patient connections-without the travel, housing demands, or constant facility changes common in agency contract work. Why This Contract Is Different Our Adult Family Homes are small, high acuity care settings with consistent routines and long-term residents. You'll work with the same small team and the same four residents during your contract-no floating between dozens of units, no unpredictable assignments, and no high-turnover chaos. What You Can Expect Low Patient Ratio (1:4) + 24/7 Aide Support Time to assess properly, plan care, and support clients safely. Calm, Home-Like Environment No facility noise, constant call lights, or overcrowded units. Structured 12-Hour Shifts Full-time hours during your contract without burnout. Hands-On Training Provided Especially for trach, vent, or respiratory care-no one is put on a shift unprepared. Consistent Support 24/7 clinical leadership available for questions or guidance. This is true continuity of care , even in a short-term role. The Opportunity As a Contract LPN, you'll provide skilled care for adults with complex medical needs-including chronic respiratory support, neurological conditions, and long-term disabilities-within one of our medically supported Adult Family Homes. You'll use your clinical judgment, assessment skills, and calm demeanor to support a small group of residents who rely on steady, reliable nursing care. Requirements

  • Active Washington LPN license (or compact equivalent)
  • Current BLS/CPR
  • Strong clinical foundation and willingness to learn
  • Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently with support available
