Licensed Practical Nurse, Clinic
About The Position

At the Regions Behavioral Health Clinic in Woodbury, you’ll be part of a growing, collaborative environment where patient relationships, teamwork, and high‑quality care come first. About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in supporting our patients and clinical team. You will help create a seamless, positive experience for patients by preparing charts, assisting providers and registered nurses, and ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the clinic. In this role, you will: Contribute to safe, effective, and patient‑centered care. Support clinic flow through chart prep, documentation, and communication. Partner closely with providers, RNs, and the broader care team. Demonstrate service excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to patient well‑being. Perform additional duties that support smooth, efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing training program
- Active Minnesota LPN licensure
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in psychiatry and/or outpatient clinic care
