About The Position

At the Regions Behavioral Health Clinic in Woodbury, you’ll be part of a growing, collaborative environment where patient relationships, teamwork, and high ‑ quality care come first. About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in supporting our patients and clinical team. You will help create a seamless, positive experience for patients by preparing charts, assisting providers and registered nurses, and ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the clinic. In this role, you will:

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing training program
• Active Minnesota LPN licensure

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in psychiatry and/or outpatient clinic care

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe, effective, and patient ‑ centered care.
• Support clinic flow through chart prep, documentation, and communication.
• Partner closely with providers, RNs, and the broader care team.
• Demonstrate service excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to patient well ‑ being.
• Perform additional duties that support smooth, efficient clinic operations.
