How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate patient care under the guidance of clinical leadership, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety and licensing standards. Monitor and assess patient well-being to provide real-time updates to the care team, directly influencing the accuracy of treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments with precision, vigilantly observing patient responses to ensure a safe and effective recovery process. Execute vital diagnostic tests and therapeutic services that provide the essential data needed for informed clinical decision-making. Empower patients and families through personalized education, preparing them for a confident transition to self-care and long-term health post-discharge.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
