HTS is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven therapy team at a continuing care retirement community in New Carlisle, Indiana. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to empower residents of all care levels to live stronger, healthier, and more independent lives—all while working in a supportive, therapist-owned organization that prioritizes quality care.

Dedicated skilled and dedicated dementia units.
Three gyms for therapy use: one for OT, one for PT, and an independent workout room. Updated modalities and functional training areas.

Requirements

• Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
