About The Position

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Multiple Rehabilitation Settings – Multiple Kansas Locations This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Physical Therapists (PTs). If you are not a PT, please do not apply. Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Kansas. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN). Our openings include positions in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location. 📍 Current PT openings available in: Arkansas City, Chanute, Hiawatha, Hutchinson, Minneapolis, Sedgwick, WaKeeney, and additional Kansas markets. 🔎 Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For? Licensed Kansas Physical Therapists PTs relocating to Kansas New graduates from accredited DPT programs pursuing Kansas licensure PTs seeking experience in SNF, hospital/acute care, IRF, outpatient, home health, or mixed-setting rehab roles This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department. This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
• Active Kansas PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Kansas markets
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
• Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life
