About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services in an outpatient setting. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, all working to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The caseload includes patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations, featuring a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation and joint and spine management. Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads
• Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach
• Provide collaboration with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments
• Provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services
