About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services in an outpatient setting. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, all working to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The company emphasizes investing in its people through a Clinical Excellence Program, which offers mentorship, advanced training and certifications, and an Orthopedic Residency Program. The mission is to provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services in a warm and welcoming environment. The caseload includes patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations, featuring a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation and joint and spine management. TPS values time in patient care, maintains appropriate caseloads, and prioritizes professional growth. There is strong collaboration with AdventHealth colleagues, referral sources, and surgeons to develop comprehensive healthcare approaches and guide personalized treatments. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads
  • Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach
  • Provide collaboration with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments
  • Provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services
