As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, the company is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, working together to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Clinicians have the opportunity to participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program. Therapy Partner Solutions invests in its people, offering professional development opportunities and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. The mission is to provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services within a warm and welcoming environment. The caseload encompasses patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations, featuring a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation, joint, and spine management. Specialized programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema are available. The company values time in patient care, maintains appropriate caseloads, prioritizes professional growth, and collaborates with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional therapy services
  • Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Treat patients with non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management
  • Participate in specialized programs such as orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema
  • Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads
  • Collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach
