About The Position

HTS is hiring two Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our therapy teams in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to residents across diverse care settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Position Details: · These two positions are FULL-TIME at 30 – 40 hours per week. · Each position will cover across two HTS sites in South Bend. · Well-regarded skilled nursing facilities and continuing care retirement communities offering short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, independent living and assisted living. · Fully equipped therapy gyms. · Compensated drive time and mileage for travel between the buildings. Requirements

  • Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
