This 5-Star CMS rated campus offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a dedicated rehab center, all under one roof. You'll be part of a collaborative therapy team focused on delivering personalized rehabilitative care and enhancing quality of life for the patients we serve. Requirements
- Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license.
- These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
