About The Position

HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team at a highly-rated continuing care retirement community with multiple levels of care from long term care to skilled nursing to independent living. This PTA will work with a diverse population, addressing their unique therapeutic needs. The goal is to improve the quality of life for seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being. Requirements

• Active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Indiana license required or necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license).
• Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program.
• Subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam.
• Fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments to residents in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
