This float model offers: Exposure to diverse orthopedic diagnoses and treatments Collaboration with a wide range of clinicians Opportunities to build strong relationships across multiple teams Dynamic experiences that keep your work engaging Your Impact As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you will: Provide skilled therapeutic interventions as established in the PT’s plan of care Deliver treatments to improve strength, mobility, motor control, balance, gait, and functional independence Educate patients and families regarding exercise programs, precautions, and recovery expectations Monitor and document patient progress and communicate observations to supervising PTs Support patient motivation, safety, and long‑term wellbeing You’ll make a direct, meaningful difference in helping patients return to daily activities, work, and the recreational pursuits they love.
