Requirements
- Client-facing customer service experience, preferably in insurance
- Valid P&C Oregon insurance license and prior licensed insurance experience
- Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Competence with MS Office, CRM systems, and multi-line phone systems
- Aptitude for prioritizing workloads and managing calls/walk-ins
- Capacity to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Expertise in explaining coverage details and recommendations
- Positive, motivated attitude with comfort using technology
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests online and by phone professionally and promptly
- Assist agents with appointments, renewals, and new sales
- Conduct outreach to current and prospective clients
- Maintain accurate client records in the database
- Handle day-to-day client questions on claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates
- Produce high-quality informational materials for clients
