About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Tempe facility. This position reports directly to the Director of Outpatient Services and is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about providing high‑quality, client-centered care. As part of our multidisciplinary outpatient team, you will facilitate a variety of therapeutic groups, including: Mental Health Chemical Dependency DBT Skills Adolescent Programming Services are delivered across PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) levels of care. Therapists have the opportunity to create a schedule that aligns with their strengths and availability, including morning and evening groups, in collaboration with the Director of Outpatient Services.

Requirements

• Active Arizona license: LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW
• Licensed in Counseling or Social Work
• Minimum 1 year experience completing assessments in a behavioral health setting
• Minimum 1 year counseling experience in a behavioral health setting
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical
• Must be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of utilization review experience in behavioral health preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict client confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Complete all required documentation accurately and within established timelines
• Meet hospital and regulatory documentation and productivity standards
• Provide high‑quality, client-centered clinical services in both group and individual settings for adults and adolescents
