Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice creating a true community atmosphere. We are seeking an Administrator to provide overall leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational direction for one of our Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living communities. This role ensures high-quality, resident-centered care, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and a positive, engaged work environment while upholding Episcopal Homes’ mission, vision, and values. Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) or more years of experience as an SNF or Assisted Living Administrator
  • Experience in nonprofit or faith-based senior living organizations
  • Knowledge of person-centered and intergenerational care models

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily facility operations in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Promote consistent, resident-centered care and a culture of dignity and respect
  • Ensure accurate records, policies, and procedures are maintained
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and survey readiness
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, complaints, and deficiencies
  • Develop and manage budgets; oversee financial performance and reporting
  • Ensure appropriate staffing; recruit, develop, and retain team members
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Support marketing, admissions, and census development efforts
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment and oversee emergency preparedness
  • Represent the organization in leadership, board, and community settings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
