About The Position
Hazlehurst Court Care & Rehab located at 180 Burketts Ferry Rd., Hazlehurst, GA has an excellent opportunity for an experenced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Hazlehurst Court is a 73 bed skilled nursing facility that is running smoothly and is ready for you to step in an continue to serve our residents. As the Administrator you will be responsible for the overall management of a facility. Planning, developing, directing and supporting all operational, administrative, clinical, fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
Requirements
- GA NHA Licensed
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Should have overall operations knowledge
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided
- Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff
- Solid work history within the healthcare community
- Must meet all local health regulations.
- This requirement also includes criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
