Edgewater is excited to make available the opportunity for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to step into a role as our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Featuring lush gardens, waterfalls, and natural ponds, Edgewater provides a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, memory support, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation. Residents enjoy a resort-like experience with amenities such as a day spa, five-star dining, and a saltwater pool, fostering an active and luxurious lifestyle. A Typical Day as our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator: Operational Leadership and Strategy Execution: Engage in the organization's operational priorities and strategies, ensuring seamless execution of assigned and delegated initiatives. Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and leadership to assigned teams, including involvement in hiring, selection decisions, and managing team performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Exposure to Strategic Initiatives: Participate in high-level meetings and special events that expose you to strategic discussions, planning activities, board interactions, and the expectations of an Executive Director. This includes: Expanded Executive Circle meetings Board/Committee meetings Project Teams Budget Planning meetings and discussions Leadership Circle meetings (community-specific as well as quarterly learning sessions) Project leadership opportunities Creation of Strategic Tools and Plans: Develop work products, tools, business plans, and other resources that support the development and implementation of WesleyLife programs and services. In summary, our LNHA must be a mission-focused and values-based leader who demonstrates the ability to focus on results. The ability to inspire the team around a shared set of expectations and outcomes as well as excellent communication and people skills are important for this role. Please note- you must currently hold your Nursing Home Administrator license to be considered for this position.
