About The Position
Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Ravenwood Specialty Care, a 176 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), located in Waterloo, Iowa! Our senior living community in Waterloo has a newer CCDI unit. We are excited to share we are EXTERNAL AGENCY FREE at Ravenwood! We welcome an engaged Administrator to come join our team. Ideally, we would love someone already familiar with the Waterloo-Cedar Falls market. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering. Successful candidates must hold Nursing Home Administrator licensure.
