Requirements
- Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license – required
- Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, surveys, and operations
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience as an LNHA or Administrator-in-Training preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead and support department heads to achieve clinical, financial, and operational goals
- Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care and staff engagement
- Manage budgets, census growth, and overall financial performance
- Ensure survey readiness and timely plan-of-correction implementation
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
