Licensed Nail Technician - Spa Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Licensed Nail Technician – Spa. In this role, you will be responsible for performing professional nail hand and foot treatments and willing to train in the Spa’s specific nail service offerings. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll perform professional nail, hand and food treatments with an emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, and excellent customer service beyond expectations to the guests. This is a commission-based position.
Requirements
- Must hold and maintain a current license with the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of spa/salon experience preferred.
- One year of specialized experience working in a spa or salon is a must, or directly related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training in spa and salon services is needed.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Must possess excellent communication and listening skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of the guests.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in the spa’s specific nail service offerings.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish
