About The Position
Cotler Psychology Services invites licensed Master's-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our team providing mental health services to seniors living in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout Inverness , Florida . This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, offering flexibility and independence while providing the stability of a supportive, experienced team. The role is ideal for clinicians who want to focus on therapy without administrative distractions. Since its founding over thirty years ago by Licensed Psychologist Dr. Kerry Cotler, the practice has focused on improving the emotional and psychological well-being of older adults. Today, Cotler Psychology Services serves over 160 long-term care communities across Florida, delivering compassionate, individualized care to seniors. The mission is simple but impactful: enhance the quality of life for older adults through professional, ethical, and client-centered mental health services. Role Overview In this position, you will provide therapy and behavioral interventions to seniors facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment issues, and cognitive or behavioral changes related to chronic illness. Your interventions will promote resilience, improve mood, and enhance overall functioning, helping residents enjoy a better quality of life. Unlike many clinical roles, this position allows you to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks. You will have freedom to apply your clinical judgment in every interaction without worrying about productivity quotas or revenue pressures. Competitive Compensation: Hourly rates from $50–$70, with reimbursement for travel as applicable. Administrative Support: Our internal staff handles insurance, referrals, billing, and scheduling-no outside vendors. Requirements
