About The Position

They are actively recruiting a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Joliet market. In this role, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, provide psychotherapy across a general spectrum of conditions, and help patients define goals and gain insights through personalized care. Therapists enjoy the flexibility to create their own full-time work schedule, with after-hours urgent support available. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, typically three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth, with an expectation of more in-person time initially to build a patient caseload. Therapists are part of an integrated care team, partnering with providers to ensure well-coordinated psychiatric and therapeutic care. Requirements
- Fully licensed (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) in the state of Illinois
- Passion for high quality care
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and developing individualized treatment plans
- Proficiency in using an EMR system
- Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
- Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions
