About The Position

They are actively recruiting a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Joliet market. In this role, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, provide psychotherapy across a general spectrum of conditions, and help patients define goals and gain insights through personalized care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and provide crisis intervention when necessary. Geode Health was voted "Best Places to Work" in 2025 by Glassdoor.com. Therapists enjoy the flexibility to create their own full-time work schedule, with after-hours urgent support available. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, typically three days a week onsite and two days a week telehealth, with an expectation of more in-person time initially to build a patient caseload. Requirements

  • Fully licensed (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) in the state of Illinois
  • Passion for high quality care
  • Experience conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Proficiency in using an EMR system
  • Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
  • Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions
