About The Position

This role is designed for licensed mental health therapists who want to deliver meaningful care through telehealth while maintaining a structured weekday schedule. You will support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and behavioral concerns using proven therapeutic frameworks.

Requirements

• Active Kentucky license (LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related discipline
• Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting
• Comfort using electronic health record systems
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client population
• Establish and update individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions according to clinical and legal standards
• Engage in ongoing clinical collaboration when needed
• Uphold ethical and professional practice guidelines
