About The Position

You will provide therapy services to a diverse client population while working within a structured telehealth model. The focus is on consistent care delivery, documentation accuracy, and meaningful client outcomes.
Requirements
- Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Hawaii
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
- Experience in mental health counseling or therapy
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable working fully remote
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Perform client intakes and ongoing assessments
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation
- Adjust treatment plans based on progress
- Follow clinical guidelines and ethical standards
- Communicate professionally with support teams
