About The Position
Licensed Mental Health Therapist Location: Arkansas Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Summary This opportunity is suited for experienced Arkansas-licensed therapists seeking a full-time telehealth position with clear expectations. You will deliver therapy services while supporting consistency in care delivery and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Familiarity with telehealth tools and workflows
- Strong clinical judgment and time management
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Complete and review clinical documentation
- Support treatment planning and progress monitoring
- Provide insight on complex or high-acuity cases
- Maintain compliance with state and organizational standards
- Participate in quality-focused clinical processes
