Responsibilities Provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy, using evidence-based practices. Delivers culturally responsive care to individuals, families, and groups while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments, including collateral information as clinically indicated Diagnose patients in accordance with the DSM Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, couples, group, and crisis psychotherapy Identify and respond to risk of harm to self or others Refer patients to additional services when appropriate Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and meet productivity standards Collaborate with families, external providers, and care teams Participate in required trainings, meetings, and supervision activities Adhere to ethical standards, HIPAA, and all federal, state, and organizational regulations May complete court commitment reports, EAP services, or provide clinical supervision as assigned

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active clinical licensure: Iowa: LISW, LMFT, LMHC Illinois: LCPC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT Wisconsin: LCSW, LMFT, LPC
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
  • Eligibility to bill government payers
  • Ability to maintain licensure and required certifications (BLS may be required by site)
