About The Position
The Contract Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient mental health counseling services to clients referred to the Latino Community Development Agency’s Treatment Program. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling.
- Must have a current Oklahoma license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LBP) or under supervision for licensure.
- Must carry professional liability insurance.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and possesses intermediate general computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ODMHSAS, CARF, and LCDA standards.
- Participate in case consultations and coordinate care plans with LCDA staff as needed.
- Always uphold client confidentiality and professional ethics.
