About The Position

Centurion is the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. This full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) position is located at Pendleton Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. The role involves providing mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consulting with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care. This includes intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy. A $15,000 bonus is offered for joining the team full-time, and NHSC Loan Repayment of up to $50k may be available at designated locations.

Requirements

Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution
Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A)
Current tuberculosis documentation
Active CPR certification
Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Nice To Haves

Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness
