Requirements
- Licensed LPC or MSW (active in Wisconsin)
- Compassionate, grounded, and able to meet people where they are
- Strong communicator with emotional intelligence & solid boundaries
- Open to learning correctional care (no experience required!)
Responsibilities
- Provide brief, focused mental health assessments & interventions
- Help individuals work through trauma, anger, and stress
- Offer short-term counseling & stabilization strategies
- Develop re-entry-ready treatment plans
- Coordinate with staff and community resources
- Document care and ensure smooth follow-up
