About The Position

Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Counselor Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Contract Type: Affiliate Contractor Work Type: Hybrid (Remote & On-Site) Role Overview Are you a Licensed Mental Health Counselor looking to make a real difference in a fast-paced, growing Trust & Safety industry? Zevo Health is a global leader committed to supporting the mental well-being of content moderators and Trust & Safety professionals. As we expand, we’re seeking passionate and qualified affiliates to join our team. In this role, you'll provide one-to-one counselling and group well-being interventions remotely and on our client's site. You’ll use evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and SFBT to support clients in managing the unique psychological challenges they face in their work environments. You'll be an integral part of helping professionals in the online content industry build resilience and cope with stress.

Requirements

  • Minimum Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Hold a current, active LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD license in the State of employment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong data management and administrative skills.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy is a plus.
  • Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST) preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish would be an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one counselling online and in-person.
  • Facilitate in-person and remote group well-being interventions aimed at enhancing resilience and fostering healthy working relationships.
  • Implement short-term, solution-focused interventions like CBT, ACT, and SFBT.
  • Assess and manage clinical risks, ensuring the well-being of clients.
  • Facilitate creative sessions utilizing mediums such as art, movement, music, food and culture.
  • Maintain timely, clear and accurate case notes and track session data.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Team Lead and adhere to professional and ethical guidelines.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Trust & Safety to ensure best practices.
