About The Position

You will support clients managing anxiety, mood disorders, and life stressors while contributing to clinical oversight through supervision and case guidance. Requirements
- Active Indiana LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervision experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Supervise associate-level clinicians as assigned
- Review cases for quality and regulatory alignment
- Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress
