About The Position
This position is designed for an LMHC who enjoys guiding clinical work at a systems level. You will oversee therapists delivering virtual care, ensure quality and compliance, and help shape effective treatment approaches that improve client outcomes across New York.
Requirements
- Active New York LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- At least 2 years of independent clinical practice
- Strong documentation and clinical review skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise licensed and pre-licensed clinicians delivering telehealth care
- Conduct regular clinical reviews and supervision sessions
- Monitor adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements
- Assist with clinical workflows, documentation standards, and audits
- Provide escalation support for clinical concerns or risk situations
