You will also help maintain care quality by supervising associate clinicians and ensuring documentation meets state requirements. Requirements
- Current Indiana LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or similar field
- Experience providing mental health services
- Strong written communication skills

- Prior supervision experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete evaluations and care planning
- Supervise clinicians and review case notes
- Maintain alignment with Indiana regulations
- Support continuity of care and referrals
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness over time
