About The Position
In this role, you will provide structured mental health counseling to clients throughout Indiana using a secure telehealth platform. Alongside direct care, you will support clinical consistency by supervising associate counselors and participating in case reviews. Requirements
- Active Indiana LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain clear and compliant clinical documentation
- Provide supervision and feedback to associate clinicians
- Participate in clinical reviews and care coordination
- Track progress and modify interventions
